Cherry Blossom Tour- Day 14

Our last day of driving was sunny. We came home to less snow than we had thought we might find, which gives us hope that spring really might be coming and that we will soon get to see tulips for the second time. There was a lot of visiting on the bus today along with a game that had us recalling many of the adventures of this tour. Truly we are not the same people that we were two weeks ago. We have added new phrases to our conversation: “Chop, chop,” and “Life is tough, and then you die.” We have seen so many places that are regularly in news reports, so we’re sure we will never watch the news the same way again. The final gift is that we have made many good traveling friends. Laurel Johnson - Tour Director
